The building

As a ‘downtown church’ Tabor uses its building for Sunday services & midweek programs that are open to all. We also make the space available to those in our community looking for what this facility offers:

Just off the Walnut Street parking lot, Tabor’s newly renovated Auditorium has seating for more than 100 (almost 150, when the balcony gets used!). A nursery, classrooms, and offices ring the Auditorium, as well. Tabor’s café is on this floor, and provides room for conversation over good food.

Upstairs, the traditional Sanctuary features wooden pews, stained glass, and another balcony—where the Red Rose Ringers play. The organ and choir loft are in this balcony, along with seats for those wanting a bird’s eye view of the service.

Tabor’s Social Hall is in the basement, with seating for 100 and a small stage. A commercial kitchen makes it possible to prepare and serve meals to small and large groups.
